PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-extinguishing agent composition producible by a simple production method by using a raw material not causing environmental pollution, and capable of showing an excellent fire-extinguishing effect with low flowability; and to provide a fire-extinguishing agent therefrom.SOLUTION: There is provided a fire-extinguishing agent capable of holding a large quantity of moisture in the gel state, when being mixed with water. The fire-extinguishing agent has a foaming agent, an emulsifier, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and polyphosphate. |
