PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance and inspection device, capable of maintaining and inspecting whole height of a maintenance and inspection object appliance at only a specific car position, and capable of enhancing maintenance and inspection work efficiency, without dividing a door of the maintenance and inspection object appliance into plural parts, and complicating a housing structure.SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance and inspection device 10 comprises a ladder which can be extended and contracted freely, whose lower end part is coupled to an upper face of a car 2 rotatably around a first shaft 18, and can rotate between a storage position along the upper face of the car 2 and a standing position standing from the upper face of the car 2, around the first shaft 18. |
