PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier which prevents repeating of transmission and stop of a water supply signal and is excellent in convenience.SOLUTION: A humidification container 41 is partitioned into a water receiving portion 411 attached with a tank 42 and an immersion portion 412 having a humidification filter 43 by a partition portion 44, and the partition portion 44 has an opening 440 communicating the water receiving portion 411 with the immersion portion 412 so that water passes therethrough. The immersion portion 412 is provided in an air blow path and has a float 61 arranged movably in a vertical direction, and water level detection means 60 is constituted by the float 61 having buoyance and a detection section 62 for detecting a position of the float 61. Control means 70 stops air blow means 50 and transmits a water supply signal when the detection section 62 detects that the float 61 is at a height equal to or lower than a prescribed height during operation of the air blow means 50. |
