PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a voltage value applied between terminals of a current limiter.SOLUTION: Between a first charge line CHL1 and a second charge line CHL2, a first diode D3 and a second diode D3 are connected in series and a first capacitor C3 and a second capacitor C4 are connected in series. When a voltage value of the first capacitor C3 or the second capacitor C4 is higher than a threshold, it is possible to maintain the voltage value of the first capacitor C3 and the second capacitor C4 to a value no more than the threshold by stopping charging to the power storage device. For example, a current limiter 11b included in a battery group 10A is applied with a voltage value corresponding to a difference between a voltage value of the battery group 10A and a voltage value of the first capacitor C3. By maintaining the voltage value of the first capacitor C3 to a voltage value no more than the threshold, it is possible to lower the voltage value applied to the current limiter 11b compared with the case when the voltage value of the first capacitor c3 becomes larger than the threshold. |
