CIRCUIT SIMULATION DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain circuit simulation device and method capable of improving the driving capacity of a divided partial circuit and the analytical accuracy of circuit simulation. SOLUTION: The circuit simulation device 10 includes a circuit division retrieval part 12 for retrieving a candidate position allowed to be divided at the time of dividing a circuit to be simulated, a circuit division judgment part 13 connected to the retrieval part 12 and capable of judging a division position concerned with a transistor whose gate width is less than a prescribed value, a simulation part 14 connected to the judgment part 13 and capable of executing circuit simulation in each divided circuit, and a control part 11 connected to the retrieval part 12, the judgment part 13 and the simulation part 14 and capable of controlling the operation of respective parts 12 to 14.
