PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink showing the efficient reduction efficiency of the concentration of alcohol in blood, and excellent in safety.SOLUTION: In an agent for reducing the concentration of alcohol in blood as a food and drink which contains water-insoluble component derived from tomato fruits, and alanine at a concentration of 3 g/100 ml or more, a content of alanine is 0.7-21.4 at a weight ratio on the basis of the water-insoluble component derived from tomato fruits, the water-insoluble component has a concentration of 0.45 g/100 ml or more, and the water-insoluble component contains water-insoluble dietary fiber. The agent for reducing the concentration of alcohol in blood contains tomato fruit juice, condensed tomato fruit juice, tomato paste, or tomato strained lees, and is not heat-dried at 80°C or more. |
