<p>PURPOSE: A polarity switching member of a dot inversion system are provided to implement 10 volt output voltage difference through an intermediate voltage component having a 5 withstand voltage by switching the polarity of N-well and p-well. CONSTITUTION: A first and second transistor(162,163) are arranged inside a p-well. An N-well is located between the first of the second transistor inside the p-well. The third and fourth transistors(165,166) are arranged inside the n-well. One end of the third transistor is connected to one end of the first transistor in order to form the first input terminal. One end of the fourth transistor is connected to one end of the second transistor in order to form the second input terminal. The other end of 1-4 transistors are connected with each other in order to form the output terminal.</p> |
