<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain crosstalk without increasing the number of discrete electrodes, namely the number of signal lines even if the device is densified. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 12 includes first active sections S11 to S12 corresponding to the central portion of a pressure chamber 14Aa and second active sections S21 and S22 corresponding to the outside periphery side rather than the central portion of the pressure chamber. The first active portions and the second active portions are deformed by the application of voltage of a prescribed direction.
