PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction container plate capable of handling a large quantity of a sample and preventing the penetration of foreign matters from the outside of the reaction container plate or the environmental pollution to the outside, and to provide a reaction treatment method using the reaction container plate. SOLUTION: The reaction container plate includes the sealed reaction containers 5, the reaction container flow channels 13, 15 and 17 connected to the reaction containers 5 and a liquid sending mechanism for sending a liquid to the reaction container flow channels 13, 15 and 17 and the reaction containers 5. The liquid sending mechanism is constituted of a syringe 51 provided at a position different from the arranging region of the reaction containers 5, drain spaces 29 and 31 and containers 35, 37 and 39, and the liquid storage part 52 connected to the syringe 51 through a flow channel 52a to perform the suction and discharge of the liquid according to the sucking and discharging operation of the syringe 51. The liquid storage part 52 internally sucks the liquid by the sucking operation of the syringe 51 to store the same and discharges the internally stored liquid by the discharging operation of the syringe 51.
