<p>A joint robot toy including a servo motor unit (3) incorporating a servo motor (31) and making a joint arranged between two adjoining blocks perform stretching/contracting motion by driving by the servo motor (31). One block has the servo motor unit (3) in which an output shaft (34) and a fixed shaft (36) having the axes on the same line are formed to project from the case, and the other block has a coupling portion secured to the output shaft (34) of the servo motor unit (3) and coupled rotatably about the axis of the servo motor unit. Lead wires connected with the internal apparatus of the servo motor unit (3) are led out from the centerof the axis of the fixed shaft (36) of the servo motor unit (3), and the lead-out portion is supported fixedly by one or the other block. The lead-out portion is rotatable about the center-of-axis lead-in portion while following up the stretching/contracting motion.</p>
