PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual information generating device where setting errors when individual information is generated are reduced and trouble can be saved and to provide an individual information generating method and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first storage means storing a content common to providers as a customized basic file and a second storage means storing information peculiar to the providers in a prescribed storage area. An individual information generating means sets information peculiar to the provider stored in the second storage means in the customized basic file stored in the first storage means and generates individual information. The customized basic file is generated based on a prescribed system for setting information peculiar to the provider. Identification information for specifying the provider being a payment destination performing a charging processing caused when the content is supplied, and character information, picture information and sound information on the provider are included in information peculiar to the provider. |
