PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, by which passengers blocked in an elevator car can quickly and easily communicate with an information center when abnormality occurs to an elevator. SOLUTION: This system comprises car passenger detection means 3 for detecting passengers in an elevator car 10, abnormality detection means 4 for detecting abnormality of an elevator 29, a two-dimensional code indication unit 5 for indicating a two-dimensional code 20, in which information relating to an information center 7 is written, a two-dimensional indication control unit 6 for indicating the two-dimensional code on the two-dimensional code indication unit 5 readably by a mobile phone 14 of a passenger 16 in the car, and an information center 7 for providing information relating to abnormality of the elevator 29 to the mobile phone 14 of the passenger, which reads an e-mail address of the information center 7 and sends a blank e-mail to that e-mail address.
