A mold assembly is provided to reduce manufacturing cost because there is no need for machining a new passage hole whenever the inner diameter of a passage hole varies. A mold assembly comprises a first template(117) having a first main core(121) including at least one passage pipe port(123), equipped in a stationary part; a second template(139) having a second main core(141) forming a cavity with the first main core, equipped in a movable part; and a passage pipe having a passage hole(126) connected to the cavity, connected to the passage through which molten resin passes.
