A system for providing a banking service based on an image in a mobile device using a mobile public certificate is provided to enable a user to perform a financial transaction with the user's mobile device safely by providing a public certificate for the user when the user uses a website based on an image. A system for providing a banking service based on an image in a mobile device using a mobile public certificate comprises the following units. A contents selection is inputted by a user in a contents selection inputting unit(310) which stores a location of the selected contents. An application performing unit(320) performs an application for a mobile public certificate when the selected contents provides a mobile public certificate service. A financial transaction providing unit(300) is composed of the contents selection inputting unit and the application performing unit.
