An automated waste coating paper processing apparatus is provided to blow, transfer, and process waste coating paper, paper particles, vinyl particles and others automatically and smoothly without scattering the waste coating paper, paper particles, vinyl particles and others. A waste coating paper processing apparatus comprises: a crushing/pulverizing machine(100) crushing and pulverizing waste coating paper to a predetermined size; a first separator(300) receiving the waste coating paper that has been crushed and pulverized by the crushing/pulverizing machine to separate paper and vinyl in a particle shape from the crushed and pulverized waste coating paper; a dust collecting duct(400) sucking the paper separated by the first separator to discharge the paper to the outside; a weighing/packing machine(700) receiving the vinyl that has been separated by the first separator to weigh and pack the vinyl; and blow transfer units(800) each of which is installed between the crushing/pulverizing machine and the first separator and between the first separator and the weighing/packing machine to transfer the waste coating paper or vinyl to the next process.
