PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window frame structure by which a window frame member can be easily structured by fixing a core material into a space surrounded by a front suspension piece, a rear suspension piece and a back face of a strip-like surface plate of a form member, and high strength can be obtained by forming the front suspension piece with a hollow tube body. SOLUTION: The form member 2 comprising the front suspension piece 5 formed with a hollow tube body on a side end part of the strip-like surface plate 4, and a rear suspension piece 6 formed on the other side end part thereof is formed of a synthetic resin molding material containing wood powder in an extrusion molding method. The core material 3 is fixed into the space surrounded by the front suspension piece 5, the rear suspension piece 6 and the back face 7 of the strip-like surface plate 4 of the form member 2 to structure the window frame member 1.
