PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire 2 capable of being easily manufactured and hardly charging static electricity. SOLUTION: The tire 2 is provided with a tread 10 including silica. The tire 2 is equipped with two vertical conductive layers 4, and a plurality of horizontal conductive layers 6. The vertical conductive layers 4 are extended to a peripheral direction of the tire 2. The vertical conductive layers 4 are in a shape of a band. The horizontal conductive layers 6 are substantially extended to a horizontal direction. The horizontal conductive layers 6 are in a shape of a band. A plurality of the horizontal conductive layers 6 are periodically formed. The horizontal conductive layers 6 exist across a grounding area A and a non-grounding area B. The horizontal conductive layers 6 are extended to a clinch part through a side wall. A lower end of the horizontal conductive layer 6 can be abutted to a rim. A width of the horizontal conductive layer 6 is 2 mm or more and 50 mm or less.
