Antitumor effect fortifier, antitumor agent and method of therapy for cancer

The disclosure relates to the use of cis-oxalate (lR,2R-diaminocyclohexane) platinum(II) for the manufacture of a medicament effective for treating a disease or disorder that would benefit from potentiating the antitumor activity of a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of tegafur, an antitumor effect potentiating amount of gimeracil and a side effect inhibiting effective amount of oteracil potassium. Also disclosed is an antitumour preparation comprising these for ingredients and a kit comprising a combination of these ingredients.
