PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal with a remote control function and a control method thereof are provided to control a mobile device at a remote place without an additional device by linking with the operation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A local area communication module(130) performs the communication with a mobile device(200), and a user operation sensing unit(160) senses the user's operation through the position variation of a mobile communication terminal. A remote control information storage unit(170) stores remote control information for controlling the operating state of the mobile device. A control unit(110) searches the remote control information corresponding to the user operation sensed by the user operation sensing unit, and transmits the remote control information to the mobile device through the local are communication module. |
