PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave image generating method and a system thereof are provided to facilitate a user control by receiving a multi-frequency selection command or a frequency selection command from a user. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(111) receives a select command about a first and a second frequency among a plurality of frequencies from a user. A transceiver(112) receives a first and a second response signal from an object after transmitting an ultrasonic signal of the first and the second frequency to an object. A generating unit(113) generates a first and a second ultrasonic image by using the first and the second response signal. The generating unit generates an exposure image by synthesizing the first and the second ultrasonic image.
