PURPOSE: An oral composition for administering stable sustained-release is provided to treat allergic diseases and/or inflammatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains a core, first film coating material, second film coating material, and third film coating material. The core contains 240 mg of pseudoephedrine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The first film coating material coats the core uniformly. The second film coating material coats the first film coating material uniformly. The third film coating material coats the second film coating material.
