PURPOSE: An electric and manual combination wheelchair is provided, which enables a user to switch the electric and manual combination wheelchair in manual or electric mode according to the need. CONSTITUTION: An electric and manual combination wheelchair includes an electromotion part(20) and a manual wheelchair part. The manual wheelchair part(30) is prepared at the rear of the electromotion part. The manual wheelchair part is equipped with a chair in which a joint(31) is formed, front and rear wheels(34,36) which are installed at the chair, and a hand rim(38) connected to the rear wheel. The electromotion part includes an electric wheel, a steering wheel, a removable part, and an electric motor. The steering wheel(24) is connected to and installed at the electric wheel(22). The electric motor(26) is connected to and installed at the electric wheel and rotates the electric wheel.
