PURPOSE: A wind direction controlling device for a duct is provided to increase the effectiveness of the duct as a ventilation system by inducing the outer fresh air through a branch pipe. CONSTITUTION: A wind direction controlling device for a duct comprises a handle(31). An angle holder(32) is formed at the handle neighboring. A controlling bundle(30) is mounted at a first insertion hole(16) of a 'T' tubule(13). An inserting rod(33), in which a guiding plate(34) controlling the outer air direction is assembled, is formed at the controlling bundle.
