An apparatus for sorting and crushing food garbage is provided to improve grinding, discharging, and sorting efficiency, and to open a cover without separating or disassembling a heavy cover. An apparatus for sorting and crushing food garbage includes a grinding part(10), an adulteration separation exhaust part(20), a screen part(30), a tank(40), and an exhaust part(50). The grinding part includes a crusher(11) and a grinding part casing(12). The adulteration separation exhaust part includes an upper space(21) of the grinding part, a garbage inlet(22), an adulteration exhaust path(23), an adulteration suction fan(24), an upper casing(25), and a gate(26). The screen part comprises a screen(31) and a screen interval adjusting unit(32). The tank comprises a crushed material vent formed on the bottom. The exhaust part includes a transfer screw(51), a drive motor(52) and a vent(53). |
