PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and industrially suitable method for producing a compound expressed by general formula (III) and useful as a pharmaceutical raw material in a high yield without emitting malodor, a new useful thiazoline compound expressed by general formula (I-A) and usable in the above production method, and an industrially suitable method for producing the compound. SOLUTION: A compound expressed by general formula (III) and useful as a pharmaceutical raw material can be produced by a safe and industrially suitable method in a high yield without emitting malodor by using a new thiazoline compound expressed by general formula (I-A).
