<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device capable of speeding up pressure relief particularly in the hydraulic device of a large-sized machine with a large volume of a liquid on the side of the load. <P>SOLUTION: A first check valve 15 is provided in a first line 10 connected with a first pump 11 so that the flow from the first pump 11 to a main engine hydraulic circuit 5 is forwarded. A differential pressure valve 6 is provided to be connected with the upstream-side portion 10a of the first check valve 15 of the first line 10 and the downstream-side portion 10b of the first check valve 15 of the first line 10.
