PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism for a performance of a game machine, which can suppress a reduction in a life of a motor for elevating and lowering movable parts for a performance, and to provide a game machine equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The power transmission mechanism for a performance includes: a driving gear 24 which rotates by receiving power of the motor; an internal gear 25 which is integrally provided to be coaxial with the driving gear 24 and rotates with the driving gear 24; a side surface member 26 rotatably supported by the internal gear 25; an intermediate gear 29 which is provided on the side surface member 26, meshes with the driving gear 24, and revolves about a rotating axis of the side surface member 26; a driven gear 30 which is rotatably supported in a position in the middle of a range in which the intermediate gear 29 revolves and moves, and which transmits power to a driven pulley 31 for elevating and lowering the movable part 126 for a performance when meshing with the intermediate gear 29; and a nail member which is disposed inside the internal gear 25, is rotatably supported to be coaxial with the internal gear 25, and is integrally coupled with the side surface member 26.
