<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a management server for forming images, which may automatically provide authorized information to an image forming device in accordance with an actual state for entering into and leaving from user's area by individual user for enhancing the availability for the image forming device and for relieving a work load for a manager. <P>SOLUTION: The system for forming the images includes an identifying information acquisition unit for identifying the users, an image forming unit with a memory unit, which stores information to authorize a usage right through comparison with the identifying information and the authorization information, a server memory unit, which connects a device used for entering into and leaving from the user's area and memorizes each user's authorization information and the information of entering into and leaving from the user's the area, through recording historical data of the users, and a server control unit for deciding whether the user can be allowed to use the image forming device based on the historical data of the user for entering and leaving the area.
