PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a game hall which is capable of appropriately managing, in execution of a fee service for re-game balls, the effect of the fee service without minimizing the effect on processing related to payment of re-game balls. SOLUTION: A data management device identifies a value showing "a fee in processing of all actual replay balls at a general fee-an actual fee balls"÷"a loss per replay ball caused depending on setting of a special fee or the general fee" as a special replay ball, identifies a value showing "actual fee balls-fee balls in processing of all actual replay balls at the special fee"÷"the loss per replay ball" as a general replay ball, and further manages special replay information such as a special replay rate and a general replay rate.
