PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a welding line in a periphery of a protruded part. SOLUTION: A first molding mold 2 and a second molding mold 3 forming a cavity 19 filled with molten resin by butting both, are provided. The protruded part 8 protruded toward the second molding mold is set to the first molding mold. A degassing hole 9 communicated with the exterior of the first molding mold is formed on the protruded part. A vent groove 10 communicated with the degassing hole is formed at the distal end of the protruded part. One end of the vent groove is formed as an inlet part 10a opened toward the outer periphery side, the other end of the vent groove is formed as an outlet part 10b communicated with the degassing hole.
