The device (1) has an electrical conductor (11) integrated into an insulation body (10), and connectable to an electrical component e.g. voltage or load cycle measuring device, at one side (11a). An electrically conductive groove element (13) is contacted to another side (11b), undetectably arranged at the insulation body and extends from the insulation body. A region (13a) of the groove element lying outside the insulation body is electrically connectable with another electrical component i.e. cable (30). The groove element is a solid conductor wire or stranded conductor. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an electrical connection between two electrical components.
