PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for offering haptic function are provided to generate sound source and vibration and to prevent vibration and sound from separately generating when a haptic function is performed. CONSTITUTION: An action processing unit(102) synchronizes a sound source generation process and vibration generation process. The action processing unit reproduces a sound source. The action processing unit activates a vibration process unit according to the existence of a vibration request signal. The action processing unit confirms whether a vibration request signal is existed.
