PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of changing electromagnetic and dynamic characteristics of a motor and a generator by simply changing the number of windings of a coil and winding method of the coil, because a motor and a generator of which electromagnetic and dynamic characteristics can be changed by changing the number of windings and winding method of a coiled conductive wire have not existed.
