<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece that surely performs ultrasonic joining of the piezoelectric vibration piece, and is efficiently manufactured, to provide a piezoelectric vibrator and a method of manufacturing the piezoelectric vibrator, and to provide an oscillator, electronic apparatus and a radio clock. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibration piece includes: a piezoelectric plate 16 with oscillating parts 10, 11 and a base 12 adjacent to the oscillating parts 10, 11; excitation electrodes 13, 14 formed in the oscillating parts 10, 11; a mount electrode formed in the base 12; drawer electrodes 21, 22 which electrically connect the excitation electrodes 13, 14 with the mount electrode; and a passivation film 19 which is formed of an electric insulation material to cover the excitation electrodes 13, 14 and the drawer electrodes 21, 22, wherein each electrode arranged on one side of the base 12 is formed only in an area covered by the passivation film 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
