The device has a metallic heat dissipation plate (4) firmly connected with a printed circuit board (1). The dissipation plate has a side (5), which is turned towards the electronic components (2, 3) and is parallel to the printed circuit board and housings (6, 7) of the components. The dissipation plate comprises a connecting unit (9) i.e. blind hole, at another side (8), which is turned towards to the board, in a region (14) of the dissipation plate with strong heat input. The connecting unit cooperates with another connecting unit (13) i.e. thread, for removable mounting of coolers (10, 11). |
