The device has a drive hub (16) fastened at a drive shaft (14) and lies at a side of a hub (12) of the fan. The drive hub comprises holding lugs (22), which are spaced in a circumferential direction and comprises a curved design. The lugs pass through three openings (36), which are formed through the lugs of the fan to obtain a bayonet-fastening. A stop ring (18) lie at opposite side of the lugs of the fan, and comprises openings (40) through which the lugs are passed through. The drive hub is made of sintered steel and the stop ring is made of spring steel.
