PURPOSE: A producing method of beef bone soup with abalone is provided to remove the unique smell of the beef bone soup, and to improve the texture and the flavor of the beef bone soup. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of beef bone soup with abalone comprises the following: dipping beef bone in cold water for removing blood, and boiling the beef bone with water for removing foreign materials(S110); dressing the fresh abalone, and cutting abalone flesh from abalone viscera; mincing the abalone viscera, and sealing before freezing(S120); pouring clean water to the beef bone, adding garlic, spring onion, and abalone shells, and boiling the mixture for 5~6hours(S130); separating the beef bone from the obtained primary stock, and boiling with the clean water, the garlic, and the spring onion to obtain beef bone stock(S140,S150); cooling the beef bone stock, removing oil from the surface of the stock, and mixing all the stock before heating the mixture(S160,S170); and adding the abalone flesh to the mixture and boiling for 1hour(S180). |
