<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow system construction at the lowest cost without giving anxiety to patients neither making a system configuration redundant, with respect to techniques of a patient acceptance service system of a hospital wherein patients simultaneously perform acceptance processing. <P>SOLUTION: In an outpatient processing server 101, an acceptance completion notification processing part 103 being a patient acceptance part answers to an electronic card holder 111 being a patient acceptance terminal device, with an acceptance completion notification in response to reception of an acceptance request from the electronic card holder 111 and executes temporary acceptance processing of setting a patient corresponding to the acceptance request to a temporarily accepted state to add the patient to a temporary acceptance list 106. An acceptance request processing part 104 executes acceptance request processing of issuing an acceptance request corresponding to the patient in an acceptance waiting state in the temporary acceptance list 106, to a medical affairs server 102 while determining whether acceptance processing in the medical affairs server 102 has been completed without delay, completing acceptance processing corresponding to the acceptance request, and deleting a registration corresponding to the acceptance request in the temporary acceptance list 106 after normal termination of the acceptance processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
