PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a fluid discharge channel structure and improve turbine efficiency in an expansion turbine (100) used for a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: Incident fluid from a part positioned at one side in an impeller thickness direction with respect to a center surface (S) on a fluid impingement surface (63) is made flow toward another side in the impeller thickness direction along the fluid impingement surface (63) and is discharged from a part positioned at another side in the impeller thickness direction of the center surface (S).
