PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detector which reduces costs and improve the accuracy of detecting a voltage to be detected, a power supply and a lighting device equipped with the voltage detector, and an electric power measuring system using the voltage detector. SOLUTION: The voltage detector 10 includes an A/D convertor AD for outputting digital value data (voltage date) corresponding to an analog output voltage eo of an inverting amplification circuit A, a switching element Qa which changes an input voltage Vinto the inverting amplification circuit A with a second cycle by performing an ON/OFF operation on the basis of a second clock signal generated by a second timer TC2, and a calculation unit P which generates measured voltage data DV1 from differential data between ON-time voltage data DVoncorresponding to an output voltage eo2 output from the inverting amplification circuit A in the period during which the switching element Qa is ON and OFF-time voltage data DVoffcorresponding to an output voltage eo1 output from the inverting amplification circuit A in the period during which it is OFF.
