PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seize the movements of a flying object by displaying the three-dimensional locus of the flying object in combination with a 2D or 3D map. SOLUTION: A movement locus chart creating device includes: a data input part (12) for inputting image data obtained by photographing a moving body (21) with a camera (22), optical data concerning the image data, and position data of the camera (22); a photographing position detecting part (19) detecting the image position corresponding to the image data; a two-dimensional map input part (13) for inputting 2D map data (31) corresponding to the image position; a three-dimensional map input part (14) for inputting 3D map data (32) with altitude indicating the contour lines corresponding to the image position; a flying object locus computing part (16) computing the locus (23) of three-dimensional position coordinate of the moving body (21) by using the image data and the optical data; and a composing operation part (17) which superposes the 2D map data (31) and the 3D map data (32) on a reference point on an X axis-Y axis plane, and composes the locus of the moving body (21) computed by the flying object locus computing part (16) in conformity to a reference point of the X axis, Y axis, and Z axis.
