<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document necessary for a charge procedure for the piece of construction work so as to contribute to the management of a construction company. <P>SOLUTION: A system for managing and recording processes of construction work comprises an "input form means" for producing an MSP construction work management basic plan, a "construction-site filing means" which records a recording object of process management in a file combined, integrally with the MSP construction work management basic plan, a "progress inputting means" which inputs a progress of a construction site from each site, and a "construction integration file periodical storing means" which stores the records of the process management for plural pieces of construction work which relate to each other at the same point in time.
