PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a usable life of a cooking oil which makes the oil suitable for industrial production and increase the usable life of the cooking oil at low cost, by a method which does not rely on direct coating of a fryer inner case.SOLUTION: A titanium plate with a titanium oxide coating obtained by anodizing titanium steel is arranged inside a protective member, through which an edible oil may flow inward, at a separation from the inner surface of the protective member, such that most of the top and bottom surfaces of the titanium plate may contact the cooking oil in the process of being used for cooking. By cooking at a high temperature while keeping the cooking oil in contact with the titanium plate with the titanium oxide coating obtained by anodizing titanium steel, the usable life of the cooking oil is increased and a texture of a cooked food is improved. |
