<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reservation management capable of giving a user a chance to widely and effectively utilize his/her leisure time by expanding flexibility of reservation of service of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A user U can access a service management computer 2 by Internet from his/her user side terminal 3 to display reservation information of service of a service provider S who takes part in a reservation management system. In reservation application, the service intended to be used is specified, and a reservation state of the service is displayed on the his/her user side terminal 3. In performing the reservation application, the user U notifies the service management computer 2 of a fact that he/she has a membership of the service of the service provider to whom he/she belongs by his/her identifier, for example, an ID of the membership through a displayed screen of the user side terminal 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
