<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy coated sheet for a positive pressure can lid, having excellent formability during lid forming and excelling in buckling crack resistance without degrading toughness even if eliminating an intermediate annealing process and thinning a wall. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy coated sheet has a composition containing, by mass, 0.04-0.20% Si, 0.35-0.70% Mn, 0.12-0.30% Fe, 0.01-0.10% Cu and 4.0-5.5% Mg, and the remainder comprising Al and inevitable impurities, and has a thickness of 0.190 mm or more and 0.230 mm or less. The aluminum alloy coated sheet has a tensile strength of 360-400 MPa, and a proof strength of 320-355 MPa. Further, when a test piece is cut out of the sheet in a 90 degrees with respect to a rolling direction and a constant load of 100 N is applied to the test piece, the rupture limit number of times in the case of making a 90° alternate repetitive bending test with an inner bending radius of 1.0 mm is 7 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
