<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform UI display with a screen design suitable for an environmental condition in a user's situation of the time. <P>SOLUTION: A network terminal 2 includes: a communication unit 21 for acquiring desired UI content 4 from an external server 1; an environmental information generation unit 23 for providing environmental information on a user's situation; a UI content reproduction unit 22 for reproducing the UI content 4 acquired by the communication unit 21 and generating a display screen on the basis of screen design data 41 that is set with the UI content 4; and a screen display unit 24 for displaying the display screen generated by the UI content reproduction unit 22.
