<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient improvement support by specifying a critical path or a bottleneck process in the case of estimating costs or a period to be spent on a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing process improvement support system 1 is configured to support the improvement of a manufacturing process by estimating costs and a period to be spent on the manufacturing process. This manufacturing process improvement support system 1 especially includes: a storage area unit (30) including a working time database (35) for storing a working time for every type of process; and an arithmetic processing unit (20) for calculating the lead time of each path, and for specifying the path having the longest lead time among the calculated lead time as a critical path, and for specifying a process having the longest working time among the processes included in the specified critical path as a bottleneck process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
