<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fine particle-dispersed paste having excellent sinterability and preservation stability, and exhibiting excellent screen printability. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic fine particle-dispersed paste containing a (meth)acrylic resin, inorganic fine particles, an organic solvent and an organic compound solid at normal temperature is regulated so that the (meth)acrylic resin may contain 30-80 wt.% of a component derived from a (meth)acrylic monomer having a cyclohexyl group as an ester substitutional group, and 5-50 wt.% of a component derived from a (meth)acrylic monomer having a hydroxy group, and the organic compound solid at the normal temperature may have two or more hydroxy groups and <5 of the ratio of the number of carbons to the number of the hydroxy groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
