PURPOSE: A public wastebasket is provided to prevent the generation of odor due to waste from leaking to the outside because a waste receiving space is opened by an external force and is closed by self elasticity during the dissipation of the external force. CONSTITUTION: A public wastebasket comprises a rail frame(100), a slider(200), a hydraulic jack(300), and a collecting box(400). The rail frame is laid under the ground. The slider is installed in the inner side of the rail frame to be lifted. The hydraulic jack is installed in the inner side of the rail frame in order to lift the slider. A plunger(310) is positioned in the upper part of the rail frame. A ram(320) is positioned under the slider. The collecting box is placed on the top of the slider to be lifted by the operation of the hydraulic jack. An input port(410) is exposed above the ground when the ram of the hydraulic jack is positioned at a bottom dead center. |
