<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugarless chewing soft candy retaining excellent taste, texture and chewability even by preserving for a long period after production and to provide a method for producing the candy. <P>SOLUTION: The sugarless chewing soft candy which is a sugarless chewing soft candy obtained by mixing a chewing soft candy base containing a glucide containing a sugar alcohol as the main ingredient with a prescribed amount of a fondant, as an essential ingredient, obtained by using the same sugar alcohol as the sugar alcohol and/or different from the sugar alcohol of the glucide without damaging the crystal of the fondant. The candy keeps its breaking strength, bond strength and tensile strength showing chewability within respective prescribed ranges even by preserving for a long period after production. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
